Position Title : (Sr) Channel Effectiveness Specialist

Business/Function : Distribution Management 渠道管理部

Job Location : Shanghai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Design annual KPI of DPMP and Conduct the quarterly DPMP project with team members and champion the distributors’ performance/operation effectiveness improvement

· Establish and maintain BD channel data pool (include purchase, inventory and sales data) and design report format base on customer requirement

· Understand and mine the data analysis need focus on channel effectiveness and make the monthly/quarterly data report for BU to help to optimize channel structure and improve channel effectiveness of BU

· Focus on distributor selection, distributor on boarding, distributor evaluation, distributor termination to ensure the compliance of the process

· Participate in the audit and stock check project to improve the accuracy of the sales data of distributor

· Monitor the incentive release quarterly and ensure efficiency and effectiveness

· Authorization effectiveness management

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· University degree: advance degree a plus

· At least 3 years working experience in commercial / sales /SFE

· Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from channel data analysis (Proficient in QV software is preferred)

· Basic knowledge / experience of the local health-care network and government agencies.

· Highest Ethical standards and judgment ability

· Strong negotiation willing and skill

· A positive “can-do” attitude

· Fluent in English, Good PC skill.
