Responsibilities

1. Manage wiper lab resource (machine and human resource) to run DV/PV test to meet timing requirement of each project.

2. Foresee the wiper lab resource, and provide solution in case of resource issue.

3. Be responsible for wiper lab layout optimization.

4. 5S management, put the fixture at the right place with right label.

5. Work together with tooling suppliers to develop right fixture to make a test easier and in the proper way.

6. Design or provide design concept in terms of tools and fixture.

7. Fixture and equipment management. (registration of fixture and equipment, and monitor where is the fixture® Is it in good condition® Maintenance plan/replacement plan)

8. Gauge calibration.

9. As part of DV test, test engineer should take the leader to make cross wiping and pressure distribution.

10. Prepare DV/PV report.

11. Administration of test technicians.

12. Provide training to test technicians

13. Propose test process or procedure to review with manager to make wiper lab in a good order.

14. Completes other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanic Design or related subject
- Basic knowledge with Auto CAD

- At least 3 years experience in automotive industry
- Good communication skill
- Good English level in both written and spoken
- Experience with wiper product (design, test or manufacture) is highly preferred.
