Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision and guidance of Internal Control Manager, he/she is responsible for:

• Oversee the internal control environment which may include review of existing financial and internal business controls procedures, compliance policy and recommending internal control improvements as well as documenting and/or updating Internal Control Manual
• Strictly follow LVMH Group Internal Control Framework, guidance and complete annual “Enterprise Risk Internal Control Assessment” (“ERICA”) at brand level;
• Coordinate and follow-up remediation with business owners in term of Group audit findings;
• Perform regular retail store audit for brand according to retail operation manual and check points, identify control weaknesses in store operations and proposes corrective action to retail management; draft audit report to Top Management
• Advisory role on projects to ensure key risks and controls are addressed and the project reach commercially viable decision that captures controls and ensure the effectiveness and efficiencies
• Support Internal Control Manager prepare training material for new employees and retail staff on concepts related to risks, controls
• Participate in specific audit projects such as expenditures, T&E, investigation, etc.; analysis of large structured or unstructured data set for intelligence, exceptions and trends to support project

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years of solid experiences in internal controls/risk management, mix of Big 4 and retail industry experience (ideally in fashion or multicultural environment) is an advantage;
• Risk driven and solid knowledge of risk management, business processes, and information systems (POS, ERP, etc.);
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact & partner with business owners at all levels;
• Bachelor degree or above
• Highest level of integrity and trust is must
• Logical thinking, quick learner, mature
• English is a must and a second language is welcomed
