Job Objective

1.To control Trade spending budget and forecast and conduct pre and post review and make sure spending effectiveness and efficiency.

2.To be responsible for channel P&L, customer P&L target setting and achievement tracking and work with partners to improve the profitability.

3.To identify Modern trade business risks and opportunities to management team to take actions and make decisions.

4.To liaison with business partners to make decision on investment strategy.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.To review Key accounts contracts and work with business partners to improve trading terms and take part in the contract negotiation.

2.To conduct pre and post evaluate investment efficiency and effectiveness of trade spending to drive performance.

3.To join in customer business planning and be responsible for channel P&L, customer P&L target setting and achievement tracking and work with partners to improve the profitability.

4.To identify modern trade business risks and opportunities to management team to take actions and make decisions.

5.To review trade spend policy and make sure the control in place.

6.To liaison with business partners to make decision on investment strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.More than 8-year financial planning and analysis experience.

2.Bachelor degree of relating major

3.Master China Accounting policy and Tax policy impact to the company

4.High business sensitivity

5.Customers orientated

6.Leadership ability and Team work spirit

7.Communication skills

8.Fluent in English

9.Good Excel, Word and PPT skill

10.At least 30 years old
