Well know the export process and have the tax refund experience; Monthly matching between export billing and customs declaration form.
* Complete AR daily collection work (T/T, LC, draft, cheque) in time and accurate.
* Daily VAT invoice issuing and mailing work in time and accurate.
* AR accounts and bank accounts clearing.
* Coordinate with CSRs for unclear payments collected.
* Keep in touch with Credit and CSR team closely. * Assist with internal/external audit for related fields
* Positive and motivation
* SAP is plus
* Above 3 years AR experience, AP experience is better
* Good communication skills / good team player
