岗位职责：
1 Build a high performance, empowered leadership team, with the ability to compete in marketplace
2 Schedules for each project and ensures successful on-time completion
3 Implement manufacturing techniques and processes (J.I.T., Continuous improvement, Kanban, etc.) in order to reduce costs, product through-put time, W.I.P. (Work In Process) inventory levels and overall manufacturing operating costs
4 Monitors and evaluates manufacturing labor cost indices such as efficiency, utilization and productivity to insure compliance with product cost levels
5 Determines the most cost effective processes, tooling, equipment and plant layout to be used in the manufacture of tractors
6 Ensures products meet design, performance and cost requirement
7 Work closely with the Production Planning, Engineering, Quality and logistic Groups
8 Develops mid term manufacturing strategies and capital requirements, and actively participates in the development and introduction of new products
9 Evaluates/recommends BOM revisions that support process flow improvements, work order reductions and inventory accuracy
职位要求：
1 Experience in manufacturing, assembly and test
2 Experience in managing direct reports and blue collar labors
3 Experience in project management
4 Experience in process quality
5 Experience in continuous improvement across area of responsibility, safety, and lean manufacturing in production system
6 Experience in allocation of manpower for effective operations.
7 Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals
8 Proficient in CAD, layouts, assembly drawings and/or component part drawings required
9 Proficient with Microsoft Office5+ years of hand-on Manufacturing experience in automotive industry or related industry
10 Fluent English
