职位描述

  • Responsible for successful day-to-day delivery of Third-Party Compliances processes in the market including, but not limited to:

  • Managing local screening and vetting processes to highlight risks or evidence of third party non-compliance with D&B policy or requirement of external agencies e.g. government.
  • Undertake Screening Activities as part of the Global Third Party Compliance Screening Function to provide screening support to the Global Third Party Compliance Team
  • Working with other functions such as Enterprise Data Governance, IT Security, Privacy to ensure that Third-Party Compliance Program is operational as a cross-functional program
  • Support in the roll-out and implementations of all Compliance and Ethics training and communications;
  • Delivery of the competitive bid process, using common evaluation, RFx, and other competitive bidding and analysis tools to support the sourcing process in the local market.
  • Responsible for receiving purchase requisitons and processing purchase orders for order fulfillment.
  • Works with Suppliers to resolve Purchase Order issues such as cost, quantity, scheduled deliveries, etc. and assists in solving purchasing discrepances, such as invoice reconciliation working with Accounts Payable, suppliers and internal organizations.
  • Prepares reports and perform administrative duties as they relate to managing supplier relationships.
  • Managing creation of commercial agreements/statements of work in partnership with local business owners and legal team; manage on-site assessments and recommendations to Coordinate Statement of Work activities, including contract compliance, negotiation and Statement of Work compliance in local market.
  • Identifying sourcing opportunities through monitoring and analyzing trends in their market and company spending in order to identify areas for potential savings opportunities and make recommendations for the future
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of business degree or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP/CCEP-I) preferred.
  • 2-5 years professional experience in buying, expediting, supply chain management or related field.
  • Working knowledge and awareness of international compliance-related laws, regulations and industry standards, such as global anti-corruption (FCPA and other international anti-corruption laws), records retention, global trade sanctions, import/export, legislative and regulatory tracking, Code of Conduct, compliance investigations and corporate ethics initiatives PREFERRED.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of best practice of key procurement operations technology processes, including contract management and spend analysis.
  • Knowledge of key procurement operations processes and current best practices, including experience in procurement-to-pay technology and related processes and spend analysis
  • Experience in sourcing one or more of the following categories is highly desireable: Professional Services; Convention and Trade Show-related goods and services; and office equipment, furniture and supplies (general & administrative goods).
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, work well in a team environment, able to work in diverse environments and adhere to highest ethical standards
  • Must have proven track record of handling multiple priorities and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have proficient PC skills and must have experience using email, internet and Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in Excel
