Requirements:
- 7+ years work experience. Fluent English/Mandarin/Cantonese to be able to communicate with client in US and China.
- Hands on IT SI knowledge in a manufacturing environment (network, server room, database administrator, IT, communications and etc).
- 7*24 support experience for Server room/database admin/network/IT.
- Team play, able to lead initiative across different groups.
- People management to lead a team of engineers to deliver results.
- Analytical in nature, able to continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Strong project management skills, able to work alone.
Responsibilities:
Lead team to provide professional service for client by following the service level agreement.
- Vendor/Party management:
o Implement SLA to different vendors.
o Make escalate processes for incident.
o Implement the processes to different parties.
o Assign tasks to different vendors/parties
o Follow up the task status and report to client
- Team management/project management
o Assign tasks/incidents to team members.
o Follow up the tasks/incidents status and report to client.
o Provide weekly/monthly support reports to client
- Support area:
o Server room
o Network
o IT
o Applications
