Responsibilities:
？ Determine the demand for products and services offered by the company and its competitors and identify potential customers.
？ Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the company's profits or share of the market while ensuring the company’s customers are satisfied.
？ Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
？ Planning and carrying out marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values and timescales
？ Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
？ Conduct various interviews, including win/loss and post-engagement customer interviews/surveys to identify trends and make recommendations to senior leadership
？ Collect Intelligence in the Chemical Industry in order to support the decision making-process based on market know-how (end-users, OEM, competition, relevant application...);
？ Manage the Agents & Distributors within the region. Recommend changes as appropriate
？ Arrange for appropriate training for the distributors & ‘local’ sales team as relevant.

Requirements:
？ Bachelor or advanced Degree in business or related fields. MBA preferred but not required.
？ Minimum 10-15 years working experience in marketing with leading team experience.
？ Strong interview and information gathering skills with ability to organize and interpret disparate information.
？ Demonstrable strong sales & business development track record & high level negotiation skills.
？ Ability to communicate & influence at all levels both internally & externally
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
？ Self-motivating and self-directed.
？ Analytical approach to problem-solving and opportunity analysis.
？ Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills.
？ Requires Greater China & International travels.
