MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be intensely hands-on to daily work of commercial support including: 1) checking commercial terms of sales bidding documents, sales contracts and frame contracts; 2) supporting commercial negotiation; 3) handling Letter of Guarantee of the Company or the Bank, and handling Letter of Credit; 4) managing commercial insurances.
- Keep on monitoring the usability of standard commercial documents including standard Sales Contracts of different business units, standard Frame Contract and so on, and implement necessary updating and improving to it.
- Effectively adjust and optimize internal and cross-function working process of Commercial support to be well adapted to the latest business situation.
- Proactively communicate and coordinate on special or urgent cases to ensure smooth and effective commercial supporting.
- Closely coach and motivate team members on professional commercial working skills.
- Provide Orientation Training to new employees on basic internal commercial rules, and provide Sales Orientation Training to Sales dept., both on monthly basis.
- Support top management to set up management guidelines and policies like Sales Guideline, Signature Rule, etc.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Educational: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business Management, Economics and other related fields.
- Experience:
- At least five years working experiences in commercial supervising, sales operation, supply chain management and so on.
- Has profound knowledge and experiences in checking and modifying commercial terms, setting up standard commercial documents and policies, supporting commercial negotiations, handling L/G and L/C, operating insurance issues, etc.
- Will be a plus to command basic knowledge of finance, legal, logistics, international trade, SAP and financial analysis.
- Be with very positive, proactive and solid mentality to achieve highly effective communication and coordination within the team, with cross-function departments and also with external.
- Keen on logical thinking, finding out problems and also working out solutions, be well capable of setting up and optimizing working process.
- Always be neutral, detail & results oriented, willing to take challenges.
- Value the progress of both team and personal, value fulfillment of both company targets and personal values.
