服务描述/ Brief description of service:
Job purpose:
1.To perform desktop support for all users in Commerzbank Tianjin branch as primary responsible person.
2.To perform local application support for Commerzbank Tianjin branch together with Shanghai, regional and head office IT.
3.To perform backup staff for Commerzbank Beijing branch where needed.
MAIN TASKS
TASK LIST FOR THE ROLE OF Desktop Support
Trading Floor Support
1.Perform technical installation, troubleshooting, fault solution of Trading Room applications such as Reuters Eikon, Bloomberg and in-house developed applications
2.Perform technical installation, troubleshooting, fault solution of Trading Room infrastructure such as Reuters RMDS, Traderboard and voice recording system
Workstation & Peripheral Support
1.Perform technical installation, troubleshooting and fault solution of Microsoft XP/WIN 7 Operating System, Standard software (Microsoft Office) and applications, as well as in house developed applications.
2.Installation and setup of PC, network printers and peripheral
3.Provide PC, server and network troubleshooting
4.Provide on-site and off-site support to end-user
5.Relocation of equipment within company when required
6.Assist in Technical Documentations
Servers & Network Support
1.Perform administration and support of Windows 2008 Servers that include system administration, installation, monitoring, troubleshooting, capacity planning, technical support, and maintenance
2.Perform routine system tasks included systems backup, data backup, housekeeping and system/user security
3.Implement new Primary and Backup Domain Servers using Windows Servers
4.Perform first level support the LAN & WAN networks
