Tasks:
1. Sales performance management
a. Under instruction of HQ, coordinate in sales budget development for the area.
b. Representing HQ in overseeing the progress and results of sales performance in the area, support local sales team on identifying key issues and update sales strategy and tactics upon actual priorities.
2. Business development
a.. Coordinate with local sales team in key account development and maintenance, as well as new business development in the area.
b. Regularly visit existing customers together with sales team to maintain good relationship, collect market info. and develop
more business in a long run.
c. Provide technical support to sales team to secure sales, resolve technical issues, identify new sales opportunities,
3. Cooperate with domestic teams
a. Collaborate with supply chain dept. to fulfill the sales order in time (quotations, contract, shipping)
b. Improve cross-department communication and collaboration, make it more smooth and effective.
4. Marketing management
a. Coordinate local sales team in market intelligence collection, support marketing department in market report development.
b. Attend different exhibitions and conferences to promote company reputation and collect market info.
5. Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
¨ BS or MS in engineering of materials technology, metallurgy, chemistry or related science field, commercial background is a plus.
¨ Three (3) years related experience
¨ Knowledge of:
o Sales/marketing communication mediums practices (Advanced level)
o PC proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), and Salesforce.com or other web-based tools
¨ Skilled in:
o Oral and written communications (being direct and concise, listen effectively)
o Sales data and market info. analysis
o Results-orientation and taking initiative
¨ Ability to:
o Collaborate with different teams/departments
o Effectively use data to drive improvement
o Closely monitor performance issues and give prompt attention
o Work independently and proactively
o Adapt to rapidly changing priorities based on business needs
