The ideal candidates will posses the following key criteria;
-A diploma or above
-A minimum of two years secretarial or experience gained in a multinational organization.
-Experience within a law firm would be an advantage
-A good command of EnglishExcellent typing skills in both English and Chinese
-Experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the internet
-Professional attitude and able to work well under pressure
-Proven organisational skills
The main responsibilities for these positions are detailed below;
-typing and amending documents
-photocopying, faxing, scanning, binding and filing
-opening mail
-monitoring & screening telephone calls
-completing timesheets for your fee-earnerpreparing
-monthly bills to client
-making travel arrangements
-coordinate& organise clients lunches & regular internal seminars
-manage fee-earner’s administration
-archiving & retrieval of closed client/matter files to/from storage
-opening of new client/matters on system and coordinating billing arrangements of client/matters
