Major Accountabilities
? To maintain and grow Novartis Blood Testing's NAT Blood Screening business. Responsible for a select number of Blood Screening donor centers with focus on larger testing accounts where NAT is most profitable and efficiently.
? Grow/up sell current business consistent with revenue plan.
? Maintain customer satisfaction consistent with corporate objectives.
? Ensure accurate and complete customer billings and self-reporting.
? Conduct "Quarterly Customer Reviews" to monitor, assay and system performance, con-tract compliance with regard to pricing, reagents usage, instrumentation needs and train-ing.
? Manage inventory levels consistent with customer and company requirements and ensure continuity of supply.
? Maintain a current forecast and coordinate shipments of kits and equipment.
? Effectively visit and reputably follow up the top 100 account with the given sales territory and timely gather and submit prospect tracking; PMPP sites tracking; weekly and monthly report ;
? Set up fluent and stable conversation and good relationship with key opinion leader and department of government such as The Union of Blood Transfusion and The NCCL.
? Plan and organize some profitable prospect customer meeting and NAT scientific confe-rence with the distributors during the financial year within the territory.
Ideal Background
Education : ? Bachelor's Degree in business or science.
Languages: ? English and Chinese
Experience: ? 5+ years experience in the blood screening/banking industry.
? Excellent time management and priority setting abilities.
? Maintain territory management records with updates on personnel, technical information, and relevant current events.
? Basic troubleshooting knowledge of laboratory equipment and assays.
? Ability to understand and communicate technical information.
? Familiarity with blood bank organization.
? Ability to effectively coordinate account support during testing emergencies/crises.
? Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
? Possess excellent customer management skills with a focus on creating value and responsiveness.
? Requires 50% travel with territory.
