Manage CRM project’s implementation and deployment in China.

Ensure CRM technology is properly implemented in China. Ensure Projects are executed with high quality.

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)
? Deep knowledge of IS Project Management Methodology, PMP preferred
? Strong team management skills to manage large scale projects.
? Good Knowledge of new and emerging technologies and applications and apprecia-tion of their potential. Ability to identify and articulate strategic opportunities.
? Strong knowledge in application architecture, and ability to contribute to IT landscape design
? Broad knowledge of Information Technology, going beyond individual components (hardware, software, etc.).
? Good knowledge of database technology, Oracle, DB2, etc
? Strong knowledge for enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM
? Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

Education:
? University graduate or above.
? MBA preferred
Languages:
? Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience:

? Over 10+ years of experience in the IT industry of which the past 5+ years are focused on project mgmt.
? Over 5+ years of experience for CRM/ERP Projects. Salesforce.com is a plus.
? Proven track record in Technology mgmt (ERP/CRM products knowledge - high level big picture understanding).
? Over 5+ years of Program and project mgmt skill set in outsourcing / off-shoring engagements
? Experience in evaluating and selecting suppliers and creating and man-aging service level agreements.
? Proven ability to concurrently manage a complex range of tasks and projects, where achievement is dependent on others’ efforts.

? Strong project management and applications support experiences
? Previous experience working within a regulated environment, ideally pharmaceutical or food manufacture, and a demonstrated ability to trans-late the inherent requirements into practical operational procedures and the capability to ensure they are carried out. Knowledge of GMP, GSP, computer systems validation, Sarbannes Oxley 404.
? In-depth knowledge of ERP or CRM
? MBA , Certificated PMP, or Certificated SAP consultant
