? LEAD late commercialization and launch of NPD for the Greater China (China, HK, TW) for Glade.
? LEAD GVM projects for ALLJOY.
? ASSIST supervisor to meet segment/brand objectives (volume, profit, share) that contribute to achieving the Country and/or Cluster business objectives.
Strategy
? ASSIST the supervisor to set up marketing objectives and strategies for different brands/clusters to achieve the short and long-term company business objectives and P&L.
? ASSIST supervisor to develop annual category business plan and manage marketing budget to achieve the sales target
Innovation
? LEAD late Commercialization and Launch phases of NPDs (base, expand). Work with local NPD taskforce to ensure OTIF of NPDs.
? LEAD the work with PBA and design agency to adapt graphics and pack claims for assigned brand, segment, project.
? Provide support in NPD registration.
? ASSIST supervisor to provide assumptions for MEA / BASES if necessary.
? ASSIST supervisor to work with research team/agency to provide local insights.
Consumer Communications
? ASSIST supervisor to work with advertising agency to provide input in CAB writing (ensuring cultural relevancy), provide input on final copy (ensuring cultural relevancy), translate animatic for testing
? ASSIST supervisor to develop product content/communication in E-commerce.
? Ensure regulatory clearance of product advertising in E-commerce and shopper materials.
Commercialization
? LEAD the SKU optimization and execution
? LEAD SLOB monitoring and tracking
? ASSIST supervisor to provide share analysis and business performance analysis, track NPD launch performance
? LEAD competitive tracking and monitoring, to recommend initiative to defend brand shares.
? LEAD communication within organization, especially to CMKT/sales functions to ensure the full implementation of annual business plans
? Keep close communication with HKTW CMKT team to ensure execution of marketing plans, OTIF of NPDs
