职位描述：
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
- Technical contact person at KUKA Shanghai and for the KUKA countries within the area Asia.
- Acting as an interface and seizure the technical knowledge between KUKA Shanghai and KUKA Germany.
- Maintaining technical solutions in a KUKA technical knowledge database.
- Provide general technical support of customers within the Area Asia.
- Technical Coordinator and main contact for all service engineers in case of technical requests.
- Specifying new customers requirements in collaboration with KUKA Germany for further development of KUKA products.
- Organization and performance of training courses, web-seminars, instructions on and start-up of new products as well as providing solutions for CS employees within the area “Asia”. Global quality and complaint management;
- Test new products;
- Sales support by customer visits;
- Centralize the knowledge in Asia area.
- Support the expansion of KUKA Countries within the area “Asia” (with support from Area Support Center Germany and the area managers).

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
- Educational:
Major in electronic, automation, or Mech-electronic with Bachelor’s degree or above;

- Experience:
- Experience in automation application with robot, for example, robot programming experience, PLC, field bus knowledge;
- Professional experiences in customer contact and responsible handling of technical inquires within high priority
- (Ideally) experience in the field of automation, especially with robots and robot programming
- Good analytical technical skill, structure and explain complex topics easily
- Advanced PC- and network-skills as well as good knowledge in MS Office
- Willingness for worldwide business trips (up to 20 %)
- Skills in at least one high-level programming (e.g. C#, C++, Java)
- Corporate- and cost-conscious thinking
- Team-minded and integration capabilities
- Initiative, proactive learner and the ability to act on own responsibility
- Willing to travel for short-term, domestic and oversea;
- Good team-player and Proactive learner;
