岗位职责:
◆Counter event & Podium follow
?Event plan
Work closely with regional sales to plan the counter event or other camplains, make it useful with detail plan
Make sure all plans happened within yearly plan and follow the standard
?Execution
Work closely with regional sales, CRM and department store to make sure the traffic driving
Work with HQ about the KR artis application if needed
Work with VM and agency to providing attractive soft campaign support
For podium, work with procurement team to get the estimation cost, and make sure to follow the budget
?Data follow and comments providing
Providing monthly counter event & podium tracking report with comments
Monthly summary and detail data for counter events & podium with actual cost
◆New door support
?Store visit
Meeting with sales and department store, build relationship with store management
Well know the exposure locations and the CRM system in the door, together with the whole year store campaing in the year
?Preparation
Work with sales confirm the new door detail, including door number and opening supporting
Work with VM know detail about the new counter structure for further counter event suggestion, especially for FFS
Work with sales & store for providing opening sampling campaign
Work with agency for opening event arrangement
?Execution
To check every things are ready before opeing, which include counter materials, samples, counter events, etc.
Providing new door opening outdoor & indoor visual support plan with cost
?Data follow and comments providing
Providing new door opening report with detail data and comments within one week after ended
◆Others
?Daily work
Work closely with sales the make sure the application from them are follow brand standard and does work
Work with related team to support sales needs
Tracking the AUS, IPT, store ranking, link sales for key doors and give comments to sales
Tracking the AUS, IPT, store ranking, link sales for key doors and give comments to sales
Store visit at least 4 times per month with the check of counter detail execution and facial room. Providing report with issue or comments and follow up until it has been solved
Make sure the store discount follow the brand guideline
?Information Collection
3 month rolling plan with estimated promotion target sales, which include GWP, Counter event, Podium and Static show plan
Work with sales or department store management to collect the competitors’ campaign detail and weight
?OOH
Tracking every OOH detail with cost by month
For un-planed application, spot visit is a must. And providing formal comments after visit for brand decision
任职资格:
Minimum of 3 years in cosmetic or FMCG industry
Based in Shanghai
Bachelor and above
Experience in multinational foreign company
Good communication skill with co-worker & retailor
Fluency in both spoken and written English, Goos
Could work under pressure
Proficency in using Microsoft Office
