职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities
Reporting manager of NextCODE SH works with other colleagues in finance team from different sites/functions and is responsible for financial reporting of China entities as well as consolidation and reporting of NextCODE Group including China and rest of world. This position is based in Shanghai and reports to Senior Director of Accounting and Reporting. Job description is set forth as below including but not limited to:

1.Perform monthly consolidation in Hyperion system in accordance with applicable accounting standards
2.Lead the development and continuous improvement of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting
3.Deliver annual consolidated BS & PL statements, consolidated cash flow statements and consolidated changes in equity and prepare relevant financial notes to consolidated financial statements
4.Collect and review transactions which should be disclose in auditor’s report
5.Support internal and external audits as primary contactor
6.Help to improve accounting procedures, financial close process and other internal functions, recommend solutions
7.Lead accounting manual update, ensure proper accounting treatments are applied
8.Support financial integration after business acquisitions, if any
9.Other related duties as assigned or requested by the supervisors

Qualifications Required
1.Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or similar master
2.Over 5 years’ experience in accounting and reporting related roles
3.Minimum of 2nd-year audit manager in Big 4 with solid technical knowledge
4.Good command of both written and spoken English, fluent oral communication in English
5.Excellent communication with both internal and external departments, and excellent problem solving capabilities
6.Great self-motivation, self-discipline and team spirit, quick learning skills, strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure

Desired
1.CPA is a plus
2.Experience in Big 4 is a plus
3.Experience of financial consolidation is a plus
4.Experience of JDE, Hyperion or similar financial systems
