职位描述：
Position Summary:
This Role will in charge of all planning role in Greater China Equipment team, including demand plan, production plan, material plan S&OP and Intercompany purchase order management.

Responsibility:
1.Work with the business team to make out the demand plan to support the sale growth.
2.Arrange the monthly Production plan to plan to control the overall production plan
3.Provide rolling material forecast to intercompany and join the monthly demand meeting with global demand planning team to ensure the material supply from intercompany
4.Work with procurement team to make the clear request material plan for 3rd party supplier
5.Lead the S&OP meeting with BU, make sure the supply plan, production plan and demand plan aligned with the $ sale plan
6.Inventory and E&O control, reduce the E&O number and increase the inventory turnover rate
7.DIFOT, improve the service level of the goods delivery (On time delivery)
8.Support the NPD project to arrange sample production plan, and ramp up plan

Requirement:
1.Bachelor or above preferably major in engineering
2.5 years working experience in supply chain function, as demand planner or master planner, preferred in mechanical related industry
3.Strong ownership with proactive working attitude
4.Ability to effectively work cross functionally and good communication skill
5.Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
6.Good oral and written English
7.Familiar with SAP will be a plus
