Purpose
This position is responsible for technical supporting of all the welding gases including Linx and Ar mixed gas, help to introduce and demo the performance and application to the ending user with the whole PG and MB sales team in order to achieve Air Products sales target.

Nature and Scope
The candidate will be responsible for developing welding gases marketing and its performance against budget. The candidate will work with the PG and MB sales team to identify the business opportunity and formulate plan to achieve welding gas growth. The candidate will support the sales team in Southern China to achieve sales budget for welding gases at target profit.
候选人将负责开发焊接气体市场及展示焊接效果。候选人将与PG和MB的销售团队合作,确定业务机会,并制定计划来实现焊接气体的增长,实现公司制定的焊接气体销售目标。
The candidate will also provide sales supports in term of presentation of product specification, and demonstration in the customer sits, handle the complaint relating to welding gas applications. As the welding demonstrator, the candidate should ensure the success of welding demonstration that leads to sales of Linx gas and mixed gas.

Principal accountabilities 主要职责:
- Using technical approach/welding demonstration to support commercial team to Win NEW SIGNING Metal Fabrication Accounts (PG/MB) .
- -采用技术推广/焊接演示,支持销售团队赢得新的焊接客户(PG / MB)。
- Provide service and support to maximize revenue and maintain the loyalty in EXISTING Metal Fabrication Accounts (PG / MB)
- -提供服务和支持,以最大限度地提高产品销量及利润,并保持现有客户的忠诚度。
- Build and maintain relationships with key equipment manufacturers (OEMs)
- -支持和维护与OEM的合作关系
- Carry-out training courses for sales engineers and partners
- -为销售工程师和合作伙伴提供培训课程
- Assist with marketing & promotional events, attend exhibitions, etc.
- -协助市场推广活动,参加展览等。
Job requirements工作要求
- Education: Minimum in technical secondary school with any welding or fabrication.
-教育程度:中专以上学历,焊接或制造。
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in welding application.
-经验:至少5年焊接相关工作经验。
- Good communication skills.
