职位描述：
1. DME and payment process, tracking and reporting

? Update China DME process according to business and finance request
? Co-train marketing members for the HSY China DME process with Finance counterpart
? Track all the DME accrual and reimbursement on a monthly basis and develop monthly DME report; Provide monthly DME forecast and achieve the forecast accuracy target

2. Marketing Data analysis
？ Monthly/weekly tracking of core sku performance
？ Specific analysis based on line manager’s requirement

3. PCM system maintenance
? Set up and update the project status in PCM system

4. Other projects/tasks assigned by Marketing Manager

Requirements：
? Stable, practical and willing to start from the daily routain work
? Good teamwork capability with high integrity
? Good interpersonal skills and able to work with parties outside the company organization
? People oriented. Good interpersonal skills
? Must be a strong self-starter, Devoted attitude & willing to take-up extra workload within a lean/small team structure
? Good organizing skills, able to deal with multi-tasks
? Good Excel, Powerpoint skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree;
Experience:
？ At least 1 years working experience (FMCG industry w/ food experience a major plus)
？ Fluency in Mandarin; fluency in English is preferred
