Position Summary
Maintain and develop industry customers to achieve performance indicators and brand coverage under the company's business operation rules.
Job Responsibilities/Deliverable
1. Maintain and expand hotel industry customers to achieve performance targets; (20%)
2. Develop high-value customers in key industries, including but not limited to automobile, pharmaceutical, tobacco, real estate and other industries to achieve business growth targets; (30%)
3. Manage the daily sales behavior of dealers to ensure their business is meet the company's business management rules; (20%)
4. Ensure the company's control and impact on target business field through direct involvement of the business;(10%)
5. Seek new business growth opportunities and provide reasonable advice and planning;(10%)
Responsible for other related sales work;(10%)
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1. Have a good understanding about B2B sales;
2. Have independent business capacity in target field;
3. Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills;
4. Good computer skills, and command of English is preferred;
5. Result oriented consciousness;
6. More than 5 years work experience in related industry;
7. More than 3 years work experience in B2B sales model, particularly in hospitality, gifts, airline channel is preferred;
8. Bachelor degree is necessary;
