职位描述：
JOB MISSION
This position is actively involved to support stores’ daily operation, providing solid help to operations team including sales data, operation SOP, store event supporting, etc.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & KPIs:
Help to prepare weekly sales & KPIs data for stores
Deals with reports
Operations SOP:
Assist to compile the operations SOP
Help to improve all operation process/standard
Consolidations of operation emails from stores
Admin support of department
New store opening preparations
Paper work for daily operations
Store event supporting
Othertask from line manager


PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
College degree,sophomore or junior is preferred
Good English & computer skills required(MS Office, Vlookup and pivot table is a must)
Sensitive to numbers and good at logic thinking
 
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
Detail, patient and good attitude
Good communication skills
At least 3 days per week
Prefer long term, 6 months at least
