-University degree in accounting or Finance and 1-2 years relevant work experience
-Good bookkeeping and accounting skills required
-Good operation skills on office software. Familiar with Oracle system is a plus
-Good communication skills for both Chinese and English
-Able to work under pressure and to comply with strict deadlines
-Experience in US GAAP financial background would be preferred.
-Open character, able to work in team environment, initiative, honest, strong sense of responsibility
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Make sure AP team’s work 100% follow compliance regulation in daily job.
-Review on employee travel & entertainment in daily work, review AP batch and payment on invoice for goods and service related transactions. Execute accounting posting accurately and timely.
-Monitor and ensure team’s quality of Month End Closing/Year End Closing, make all reconciliation in timely and accurately manner including Inter-Company / Accrual AP / Balance Sheet Reconciliation etc.
-Ensure the input VAT reconciliation is timely and accurately completed and hand-over to tax team at month-end.
-Review and update process flows of AP function at least on quarterly basis or at change management, maintain working manuals related to AP function
-Organizing training of other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and planned. Ensure full backup structure for the team.
-Deliver training to other department on Employees’ travel policy and other payment related policy.
