岗位职责：
1.负责天猫旗舰店宝贝(美容护肤品类)详情页的编写描述，促销活动的创意和策划。
2.进行直观、感性、富有吸引力的描述，并注重商品卖点文字的提炼与润色，从而提高店铺商品的点击率；
3.对产品进行编辑、策划及优化，使商品描述实现多样化、品牌化，提升消费者购物欲；
4.与运营合作，优化重点商品，有自己的创造力；
5.与美工合作，尽量把文字描述中的情感广告语转化为图片；
任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，3年以上市场策划及文案工作经验；有电商经验者优先；
2.思维敏捷活跃，逻辑性及洞察力强，文字功底扎实，语言表达能力强；
3.有良好的活动策划、组织、实施能力和方案编写能力；
4.有较强的学习能力，具备敏锐的洞察能力，善于创新、思维活跃，擅长表达广告创意，思路清晰，文笔流畅
5.踏实肯干，能承受较强的工作压力，责任心强，富有团队协作精神，敢于面对压力和挑战，渴望成长，能高质高效的完成工作。
