Tasks and responsibility
· Deliver strong business cases based on thorough understanding of customer needs and market trends as well as analysis of competitors and pricing
· Coordination of initiatives, cross-functions and markets in order to leverage on local market needs, trends and best practices
· Be passionate about customer experience, technology and automation
· Act as product offering evangelist
· Further establishing the Kollmorgen and NDC Solutions brands in China
· VOC (Voice of the Customer) at existing and potential partners and customers
· Contribute to product vision and roadmap in line with the company strategy
Background and personality
· A university degree or above and minimum 3 years’ experience as a product manager or similar.
· Proven success as commercially responsible for product offerings is an advantage.
· A team player with great communication skills, also internationally.
· Open minded and success driven with a strong ability to get things done.
· Competent at leading projects involving cross-functional teams and global markets.
· Fluent in both Mandarin and English and enjoy working with people from different cultures.
