职位描述：

JD:

Responsible for overall Safety management in DC, design and drive team follow the safety
rules include internal operation and external venders who may involved in DC
daily operation, and keep drive the continual improvement in safety and build
the safety first culture.

1. Carry out proper Safety laws and regulations especially on Fire System to make sure DC operate legally

2. Make sure Safety management put in place and effective

3. Make Annual Safety Plan and drive well implement

4. Responsibility for whole DC Safety KPIs target, including LTDR,LTIR and MIR

5. Deliver related Safety training to employees include new hired onboard & regular safety training

6.Take lead for monthly Safety audit through whole DC

7.Participate Daily walk by and raise Safety finding and drive close

8.First-aid, Nearmiss, Medical case management

9.Safety case root cause analysis and drive/take necessary actions include preventive & proactive actions

10.Participate in safety checking and accepting for infrastructure new construction, rebuild, and extension & inside

renovation project

11.In charge of making plan for emergency drill and organizing to complete periodic drill

12.Take lead for yearly ASEA audit and relative actions

13.Foster the Safety First Culture in DC with various Safety relative events

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering, or related field.

2. 5 years logistics experience, minimum 2 years related to EHS management

3. Supply chain &logistics, EHS management, project management, SPS requirement 4. Fluency in English
