职位描述：
Position Summary：
？ The general role for the Business Analyst consultant is aimed to give recommendations to enable and drive fact-based decision-making, support and steer the Sales SFE to achieve targets as well as the strategy based on the analysis of number indicators.
？ As part of enabling function, this position is responsible for Sales performance management and provides tailored key performance indicators.
？ As business partner, enable fact based decision making, best practice sharing and continuous process improvement by creating transparency on impact and dependencies of core cost and service drivers.

Responsibilities：
？ Support Business department in carrying out projects from the conceptual set-up (business case development) to the implementation, including the follow up on the realization of the targeted benefits.
？ Perform daily and ad-hoc analysis based on business needs and provide professional advice through analytical result.
？ Drive progress, measure results, review effectiveness, and seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Especially on flat data management end to end.
？ Persuade senior business managers of the benefits of process change, in situations where there is significant resistance, and likely disruption to business.
？ Direct, establish, and implement policies and procedures to support business applications and infrastructure.
？ Work with business systems colleagues and third party service providers to analyze the high-level information requirements and information flows required to support better processes
？ Designated Subject Matter Expert in area of responsibility. Work largely autonomously on a range of projects and tasks with multiple parts.
？ Actively manage relationships with third party providers and business department as designated point of contact

Requirements：
？ Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related scientific application
？ Good experience in IT and/or consulting positions/process improvement position.
？ Proven ability and track records in Sales SFE, Logistics areas, technically and operationally
？ Proven record of professional progression and a broad understanding of ERP (Oracle, SAP) is preferred.
？ Familiar with an international, multi-cultural environment.
？ Experience translating business needs into project requirements
？ Project Management skills and Strong communication and interpersonal skills
？ Familiar with the popular analyst tool like Visio, Mind Manager, etc.
？ Strong communication, cross group collaboration and interpersonal skills. Being independent and self motivated.
