蓝牙， Zigbee, IoT电子产品，系统产品开发，英语流利，5年以上项目管理经验，有智能家居和小型楼房控制产品经验优先

Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions,
Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project.
Is responsible for defining & managing the project budget, resources and schedule
Organize, lead and motivate the project team and synchronize his team with the other teams,
Understand solution requirements, implement it and validate it with solution team
Challenge the functions (including marketing) to take ownership of the project objectives
Lead the decision making process at the project level and at the right time
Identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans
Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions
Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis

Bachelor degree with major in Engineering or Management
More than 3 years strong background in project management.
Experience in working home automation & IoT products is preferable,
Good presentation skills, capable of presenting in front of group of customers
Good communication skill, self-motivated, high team spirit
Able to communicate in verbal & written English
