职责描述：
1、 The firmware engineer will be responsible for defining and developing firmware designs for IoT device and gateway platform.
2、 Develop new IoT device and gateway platform with global team
3、 Take active part in IoT new product development, including requirement analysis, feasibility study, architecture design, software implementation, testing and debugging.
4、 Work with quality team to ensure product on-quality delivery
5、 Drive Honeywell IoT technical roadmap and innovation;
任职要求：
1. Bachelor/Master degree with 4+ years on computer Science, EE or Communication.
2. At least 3 years practical experience firmware designing and writing C/C++ multi-thread and multi-process software for embedded system product;
3. Experience in RTOS application development, like FreeRTOS, ThreadX;
4. Rich experience in driver development, such as Ethernet, UART, audio codec, video codec, LCD, touch screen, keyboard, etc.
5. Nice to have knowledge of TCP/IP protocols like TCP, UDP, HTTP, Cybersecurity, etc
6. Development experience on WiFi/BLE is plus;
7. Understand agile software development spirit; Experience in agile software development is plus;
8. Good communication skill;
9. Good team spirit; Open mind and fast learning.
10.Familiar Linux BSP development , for example driver , device tree and Yocto 3+ year experience
11.Familiar with Linux Application development , for example make file, library configuration.
12.Good English skill
