RESPONSIBILITIES: ？ To deliver the premium and emotional brand image and excellent customer experience in our retail stores.
？ To ensure best visual execution and consistency across all channels (VSFA/ VSBA/ TR).
？ To ensure that the store team delivers all brand policies including window, in-store visual merchandising, Marketing and equipment to a high standard.
？ To use both business insight and visual techniques to drive regional business.
？ To communicate effectively with store colleagues and head office to provide the best solution to store.

REGIONAL SCOPE:
？ Cover 2-6 cities, around 10 stores including VSBA & VSFA.
？ 60% of working time to cover VSBA, and 40% time to cover VSFA.
