Job Description & Responsibilities

We are currently looking for individuals with strong Java programming management skill(for Senior Manager / Manager), strong Java programming skill (for Senior Associate / Associate) and experience to provide professional service to our client including:

• Software development on Java platform;
• Software design and release management;
• Software architect design;
• Agile development approach;
• Software testing management;
• Software security management; and
• Etc.

Requirements

• Solid software program development knowledge;
• Good project management skill with 3+ years of project management experience(for Senior Manager / Manager only);
• University degree majoring in accounting, business administration, information systems, computer science, engineering, statistics, accounting, and / or business administration;
• Experienced with Java platform program development and management / or software product management / consulting firm or multi-national corporations experience is preferred but not mandatory; (Candidate with less years of experience will be considered for Senior Associate and Associate positions);
• Strong fluency in information technology concepts in the areas of systems development, change management, computer operations and access to programs and data; ability to identify and assess business requirement and linkage to IT systems;
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese;
• Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity;
• Effective project management, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential; and
• Flexibility to travel to out-of-town engagements.
• Professional qualifications: Software development certificate, etc;
