职位描述：
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Director, HR, the position will act as the HR Project Manager to lead HR projects. The incumbent’s immediate role for the next 12 months will be assisting the implementation of HR integration efforts for the business. The role will actively participate in analyzing HR policies, processes and procedures together with the local HR team in streamlining HR processes, implement best practices through process re-engineering.
The incumbent should have related experiences and have a practical understanding daily HR operations and related concepts; understanding of China local regulatory requirements and common HR practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Take a project manager role with focus on HR integration efforts
● Review HR policies, processes, and procedures
● Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on status quo and recommend improvement plans
● Identify opportunities for improvement for process optimization and risks mitigation
● Review HR’s scope of services and propose future model
● Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to the local team in related knowledge areas
● Support other HR activities, e.g., merit and incentive cycle, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, values and ethics trainings and HR systems

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
● Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
● 6+ years working experiences in HR consulting, HR operations or C&B areas in multinational organizations
● Strong project skills with good facilitation and presentation skills
● Experiences in the change management process in implementing new policies and processes
● Solid working experiences in the mainland Chinese environment
● Excellent Mandarin speaking and Chinese written ability with good English skill both written and oral
● Excellent data analytics and the ability to provide visualized qualitative and quantitative analysis
● Travels between Hebei and Shanghai is required
