职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Collect and sort out the market situation of the related products and customer requirements, and provide sales information for the sales representatives;
2. Help the sales engineers to contact customers and explore customer s’requirements;
3. Mechanical or secretarial preferred and Fluent English
4. record complaints from customers and assist relevant departments to handle them.
5. Reorganize the sales documents with the CRM system
6. Have C1 driver's license

日常职责：
1. 收集整理相关产品的市场情况和客户需求，并为销售代表提供销售信息；
2. 帮助销售工程师联系客户，发掘客户需求
3. 机械行业相关优先，英语流利
4. 记录客户相关投诉，并及时联系各部门协调处理
5. 在CRM系统内整理客户信息
6. 有驾照者优先
