职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
Store Opening
? Formats covered include Levi’s Pioneer, Mainline and FO
? Specific area coverage (TBC)
? Work with BD to confirm retail site and flag any locations that does not meet required space planning principles
? Manage China design agencies to develop store plans and new design elements for key stores
? Ensure that store planning and design adhere to Levi’s retail format and branding guidelines.
? Test new materials and construction methods for new design elements, where appropriate
? Work with Franchised Retail and Own Retail team to improve space efficiency and store net sales
? Manage the entire store opening process from design to opening
? On-site checking for every VIP store in responsible region
? Coordinate with retailer construction team to ensure design and construction standards are met and store can be completed on time
? Manage Levi’s appointed construction teams to ensure design and construction standards are met and store can be completed on time
? Work with Purchasing team to monitor and evaluate performance of vendors
? Store budget control according to PER and Cost benchmark.
Store Maintenance and Closing
? Coordinate with retailer construction team or Levi’s defined construction vendor to meet expected standard of quality and project objective. Obtain maintenance feedback from operation team regarding own retail stores and ensure maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner
? On-site maintenance checking own retail all format.
? Coordinate with BD and own retail operation team on store closing cases
? Manage Levi’s assets and fixture recycle with Own retail and finance team
System and Processes
? Update the POS Lifecycle system as part of the store opening, upgrade, and closing processes
? Clear understanding of cost benchmarks per format

Job Requirements：
? Strong project management skill
? Interior design and retail construction experience
? Visual Merchandising skill is a plus
? Takes initiative, organized and results oriented
? Demonstrates flexibility and initiative with minimal direction
? Strong PC skill, fluent in Microsoft office and Photoshop, AutoCAD
? At least 2 to 3 years retail development management experience with a global consumer goods or retail brand
? College degree or above
? Good written and oral skills both in English and Mandarin
