a) Key areas of accountability/responsibility
1. To work in a SHE & security responsible manner and report all SHE & security incidents. This includes but is not limited to the following:
? Follow the national and company regulations and standards
? Conscientiously participate safety training to improve safety operation skills
? Consciously follow the company safety regulations and any violation of the rules is forbidden
? Get to know the security policies & requirements; Actively participate in all security trainings to gain knowledge and improve awareness
? Follow the security requirements and report if not clear
? Execute company SHE ,occupational hygiene, related security and emergency procedures
? Execute company work attendance rule
? Study operation skills and continuously improve self SHE & security awareness
? Report timely unsafe situations, any SHE/security accident, incident & near miss.
2. Support that the production runs safely and efficiently and within the Manufex requirements by organizing and supervising the shifts
3. Support to Update production documentation (SOP’s, JSA, PSA,…)
4. Call the management in case of deviation/unsafe situation that can’t be turned to normal situation
5. Reporting of losses of hours which have a capacity impact, deviations which have a SHE or quality or yield impact
6. Report breakdowns with a comprehensive description and fault diagnosis.
7. Is aware and have access to the SIL classification of his plant and to the MOC files which have an impact on plant
8. Support that the safety checks given to production are done according to schedule (earthing, safety shower, lift, eyes safety shower,..)
9. support that the 1st level of maintenance is done by plant personnel in accordance to the approved fix it yourself list and that these tasks are reported in the appropriate manner
10. support and ensure the good housekeeping of the plant
11. Initiate and monitor MOCs as well as improve requests in the local track wise database.
12. Develop, organize and do trainings
13. Implement others tasks appointed by line manager.
b) Authorities
1. Report when problems are found.
2. Sign and authorize maintenance work permits
c) Projects/special assignments
1. Special projects and tasks to be assigned upon request. This could be for example quality improvement programs, cost reductions or standardization like six sigma or lean production.
2. Develop and supervise trial productions
nowledge and educational level
? College/ equal college level or college above.
? Good command of PC skills, good reading and written English skills and basic oral English
? Good interpersonal skills
9. Required level of experiences
? 5 years minimum experience as operator
? Experience in production management
? Leadership skills
