Objectives
-To expand brand awareness and volume in new outlets and enhance in company contracted outlets
-To bring velocity to the brand and by it build the brand image and develop the consumer education
-To reinforce our presence in 1st tiers cities and develop 2nd and 3rd tier cities
-To control and follow up volume numbers and visibility in our promoted outlets
Job Description
-To work closely and efficiently with company Sales and Marketing team
-To help the company sales & marketing team to achieve the company target volume brand building and awareness
-To select and work with Key Accounts to develop the company presence in on trade and off trade channels
-To conduct and report on planning/activations/market visits to the line manager
-To animate the trade: Hosting events, animate promotions, run tastings, and meetings
-To run company training for any outlets, company Staff, companies, and distributors
-To attend and oversee as a Brand Ambassador the smooth running of partnership, company events, and wine fair
-To establish a strong network and maintain reliable contacts with partners, accounts and distributor
-To find new accounts and push the sales in existing outlets
Profile Description
Education: Bachelor Degree in business, hospitality is preferred
Languages: Proficient English and Chinese
Professional experience:
1 to 2 years experience in sales environment or F&B industry
Good understanding of Chinese market and culture
Skills: knowledge in wine and spirit market, brand specifications, competitor products and pricing, Good skills of selling, presentation, communication, negotiation, planning, administration and time management
Other specifications: Hard worker, independen
