工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose
? Support consumer BU marketing to ensure Coloplast benefits from the opportunities on-line when addressing End-Users/Patients/Consumers with the primary purpose to drive direct to consumer online campaigns and marketing.
? This role will require working hands-on with the Chronic Care marketing teams as well as CARE and DtC Sales teams to ensure we execute with excellence to achieve our desired goals.

? Targeted online direct marketing towards End-Users to grow patient share and recruit new/community patients to Coloplast
? Assist and collaborate with consumer marketing team to define and drive specific marketing and operational targets and KPIs, which will deliver against China Consumer marketing KPI targets
? Strategic planning and hands-on execution of consumer campaigns in digital ways, includes SEM/SEO of Coloplast’s website, media push through DSP, vertical media cooperation. Potentially manage local end-User communities, networks and social media where relevant
? On-line lead generation through local online advertising.
? Collaborate with Global Marketing’s web team on Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization, implement global digital tools roll-out in China.
? Ensure high marketing effectiveness and ROI on campaigns, optimizing searches, local click rates, lead to conversion rates and DtC Sales
? Support to manage ongoing effective internal communication (sales, marketing, RA, GA and Commercial teams) to ensure coherence in our approach to consumers

? Support consumer marketing team projects and achieve agreed goals via superior project management
? Approve spend and administration in accordance with company policies
任职资格Job Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree,
? 3+ years experiences in Consumer Marketing with proven success in digital/online B2C marketing in Medical device/Pharma/FMCG/OTC/Airlines or related industries in a commercial role (responsible for marketing with specific commercial KPIs).

? Strong process and numerical skills with an analytical approach to marketing and an ability to identify and act on trends and insights.
? Good communicator, willingness to share knowledge and able to get buy-in quickly
? Independent thinker and a good team player, asking for help and providing support when they need it

? Self-driven and an individual contributor

? Good presentation & analytical skills
? Working knowledge of online consumer marketing and campaigns
? Able to work and communicate independently in English
