Purpose of position:
1. Provide the daily administration support for AM General Manager.
Responsibilities:
2. Work timely on all tasks as assigned by the General Manager that might often involve GM firs line team member.
3. ?Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; Exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
4. Arrange and prepare the meeting/conference call, take the meeting minutes for General Manager
5. Provide the daily admin support, arrange business schedule, book tickets and follow up VIP visitors’ schedule for General Manager;
6. Support GM in their business daily job that might include review of specific documents or business review presentation.
7. Assist GM on the coordination with local HR Business Line to manage all processes for the recruitment (including preparing advertisement, screen CV and select the high-caliber candidate by different channel) or any other HR operations related to the Business Lines staff (support on organization for training, team building, Business Line events, etc. etc.)

Requirements
1. English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form (prefer English Major);
2. College or University diploma;
3. Minimum 2 years working experience with Foreign - invested Companies (Administration responsibilities or HR concerning is a plus) ;
4. Familiar with various recruiting channels and tools, LinkedIn, Wechat is a plus.
5. Good PC skills especially for MS-Office software (PowerPoint is mandatory);

2. Passion for the work, even under pressure time and with a good attitude to grow in the Business Line organization
