Description:

The CSS Knowledge Management China Team delivers technical support content (Knowledge Base articles, Video Content, Fixit Diagnostic content, etc.) for global customers and partners to help them resolve problems when using Microsoft products. These technical contents are published on various key Microsoft properties such as:

? https://technet.microsoft.com/
? https://msdn.microsoft.com/

We are looking for a skilled project coordinator for content projects.

As a project coordinator, you are supporting the content partners to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency in content creation and updating. The primary functions include:

? Support the content workflow by maintaining content task creation and maintenance per well-defined process and guidelines
? Support the content task scheduling and task distribution
? Support content project managers by monitoring and maintaining the relevant process compliance of the content tasks
? Assist with the writers to achieve the daily content production goals via liaison between content writers/editors and other content partners
? Support the content partners to perform the content quality verification
Qualifications:

? 3+ years project coordination or customer technical support work experience is required
? Proven written communication skills in English and effective oral English skills are required. CET-6 certification is required
? BA/BS is required. Computer Science, Information Management, or Software engineering degree is preferred
? Proven communication, problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
? Attention to details and be passionate about work
? Good time management skill and ability to handle & get balance between multiple projects
? Quick learner of new tools, processes and technologies
