Responsibilities
1、 Provide day-2-day leadership for Dolby’s facilities in China (Beijing, Shenzhen and Shanghai) for facilities operations, health & safety and security;
2、 Remotely manage a team of receptionists and janitorial staff in the China offices;
3、 Acts as a point of escalation on service delivery issues and assist the Real Estate & Facilities regional team in providing the right solutions
4、 Provide input to develop OpEx and CapEx budgets for the China offices;
5、 Drives program initiatives and best practices to optimize the facilities service delivery;
6、 Continuous effort to increase customer satisfaction;
7、 Collaborates across China sites to share best practice around account strategy and regionally leverage project efforts;
8、 Supports and provides direction to the Real Estate & Facilities regional team in their engagement with regional senior stakeholders;

Minimum Requirements
1、 Overall work experience in Real Estate & Facilities of approximately 8 years, ideally at MNCs
2、 Experience of customer relationship management, stakeholder management and/or business partnering on regional level
3、 Experience in remotely managing a facilities & real estate team
4、 Ability to communicate effectively cross-organizational, create long-lasting relationships with key customers and feel comfortable in interacting with leadership personalities
5、 Must feel comfortable in challenging key stakeholders in their requests
6、 Strategic mind-set with a hands-on attitude with the ability to identify opportunities and translating this into strategies
