职位描述：
Responsibilities:
？ Build monthly budget/forecast to actual variance analysis and commentary
？ Monthly P&L review with the licensees and joint ventures
？ Analyze the retail P&L to ensure reporting accuracy and identify opportunities to reduce expenses and increase profitability
？ Make in depth analysis and trace performance of industry and comparable brands

Job Qualification:
？ BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
？ Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis and retail
？ Must be a team player
？ Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and presentation skills; including the ability to provide written and verbal direction effectively
？ Must have highest degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail
？ Well organized with an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
？ Strong Excel skills is a must
