职位描述：
To review/check invoices and debit notes in a timely and accurate manner, local and overseas.

 Cooperate with other department (e.g., purchasing, shipping, receiving, customer service) to match invoice with purchase requisition, purchase orders, goods or services receipts.

Make payment timely and accurately based on payment schedule, and ensure all payments are supported by documentation and authorization consistent with Danaher policy and procedures.

 Collect Declaration form for foreign currency payment and register on website.

 Ensure all VAT invoice is validate and reconcile input VAT

Employee Reimbursement checking and posting

 Perform month-end closing activity and do reconciliation of accounts, preparation of accruals and posting to the general ledger.

Identification of unusual items and discrepancies, investigations and follow up with actions.

Handle the filing of payment vouchers and documents

Monthly account analysis


要求：
Attribute/Skill/Experience
特点/技能/经历

University degree in accounting or Finance and 1-2 years relevant work experience

Good bookkeeping and accounting skills required

Good operation skills on office software. Familiar with Oracle system is a plus

Good communication skills for both Chinese and English

Able to work under pressure and to comply with strict deadlines

Experience in US GAAP financial background would be preferred.

Open character, able to work in team environment, initiative, honest, strong sense of　responsibility
