Responsiblity:
Outlet Daily Operation
1. Calculate the shopping bag request QTY by stores and request to logistic team to deliver
2. Outlet policy, discount & old item return announcement base on the retail planning’s instructions
3. Coordinate with all Outlet stores for various kinds of store operation issues (e.g. contract, fixed asset, stationary, uniform, supply payment, claim report, petty cash, AM’s personal reimbursement follow up etc.)
4. Cleaning contract supplier information, expire date and renew management for shop
5. Chop Management (cleaning contract, express contract and other documents from LLD) and provide company licenses to shops
6. Stock Discrepancy Adjustment form/ promotion application form/ claim form/ fixed asset application follow up
Reporting & System
1. Run Outlet Weekly Report & Monthly Report from R09 and print out
2. GCR Outlet Promotion Tracking and announcement to Outlet shop
3. Routine report export (R01 434, R800 by category/season etc.)
4. RPAS Upload, allocation upload & logistics communication
5. Outlet Claim Check
Project Coordination
1. New Store Opening material purchase request preparation, Outlet stores duty roster combination by store and summary the BM duty roster
2. SH F&F Sales Support
3. Xi’An event sales follow up
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years working experience in retail industry, strong aspiration to develop career in luxury business. Excellent fresh
2. Patient and detailed in Data, down-to-earth and follow-through attitude
3. Good bilingual communication skills in Mandarin and English
4. Open, Flexibility, Cooperative and Resilient with different business dynamics
5. Good command of Excel and Reporting System will be a plus.
