职位描述：
Position Overview
1) This position has the general responsibility for driving procurement department’s data quality control, data reporting, procurement process and system optimization and related project management.
2) The candidate leads to drive procurement data quality control within all China site procurement departments, generates monthly purchasing report dashboard, and drives e-business advancement with selected suppliers.
3) Strong project management and multi-functional communication skills are required to provide the linkage with the Sourcing CoE and other site Procurement team.

Job Scope and Main Activities
1) Monthly report: Generate monthly Procurement dashboard
2) ERP master data: Maintain ERP master data related purchasing, manage the process of master data maintenance.
3) ERP data quality control: manage and monitor data input, conduct sanity check to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
4) Data analysis: track and analysis cost saving and critical material price, collect business information and keep business acumen
5) Training delivery: maintain ERP master data, standardize purchase order release process.
6) System optimization: Communicate the procurement business needs with DBAs and database developers.
7) Related procurement operation project management.

Responsibilities
？ Influence, collaborate and communicate effectively with various procurement sites.
？ Collect, review, analyze and evaluate data to provide management reporting.
？ Develop data collecting template and train the users, to fulfill the purchasing report data source needs.
？ Analysis purchasing data to find opportunities of e-business advancement with key suppliers, drive e-business advancement project with suppliers.
？ Good performance at system optimization to meet purchasing process optimization needs.
？ Develop and update SOP's associated with the data collection, handling and review processes to meet data security, compliance and operational needs

Qualifications
1) Bachelor's Degree in computer science, or relative proven minimum 5 years work experience.
2) Strong analytical skills, PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
3) Commercial sensitivity about critical purchasing materials, such as oil, acetonitrile, noble metal.
4) Knowledge about Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology and related work experience are a plus.
5) Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation skills are a plus.
6) Effective problem solving, collaboration and strong teamwork skills.
7) Proven project management experience is a plus.
8) Goal-oriented, assertive, logical thinking, detail driven with can-do spirit.
