Job Functions
? Will be responsible for AP function, creation of journal entries, posting of ledgers, reconciliations, preparation of month end & year end reports.
Major Tasks include, but not limited to:
? Manage Account Payable issues.
? Perform data entry regarding to general ledger.
? Reconciliation between GL and sub-ledger, e.g. AP, OP, OR, VAT, etc
? To make monthly/yearly closing process according to reporting calendar so that ensuring timely and accurate financial information.
? Handle with monthly and yearly reports.
? To assist in internal audits and external audits
? To perform any ad-hoc projects and Topics as needed
Qualification and Experience
? Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or Auditing.
? Minimum 5 years in Accounting department. International Company is preferred.
? Good bookkeeping and accounting skills required.
? Have basic understanding of Accounting including AP/AR/GL.
? Be good at office tools.
? SAP and BW experience is preferred.

? Good command in oral and written Chinese & English.
? Ability to work independently
