Mission of the job

Project Quality Leader guarantees that we secure the promise made to our customers all along the project

A key role to:

- Build robust specification and quality commitment

- Deliver promised quality level

- Sustain customer satisfaction

- Maximize project efficiency

Responsibility

- Involved in customer interviews to guarantee the voice of customer is well collected and analyzed, in order to input robust & ranked customer requirement to project

- Define project quality goal and offer quality goal

- Establish quality plan, get it valid from project & PSC, lead and monitor its execution

- Ensure quality level we promise to customer from Open to Close by applying DFSS method & =S= rules

- Make decision on validation and take part in field test to guarantee customer satisfaction

- Assist project manager on project management including process tailoring, risk management, stage gate decision

- Ensure =S= process is well understood and applied by team

- Coach & support team on method & tools

- Take independent quality position along project, argue quality position with project manager before escalating to quality function

- Participate and share practice in project quality community

- Escalate to offer quality any issue found during project

- Lead transfer to PEP
