Summary of job contents
？ To support CS (Customer Solution) GCN project procurement requirement. Manage 3rd party supply quality and efficiency.
？ Develop and implement effective quality system at supply base, example: Advance Quality Planning, Early Warning, etc.Implement lead time reduction at strategic supply base.Responsible for managing incoming inspection, including implementing inspection process and procedures at Festo, ensuring that all parts received are of highest standard and quality.
？ Develop strong relationships with other functional groups locally as well as in the region and develop supplier quality strategies that support organization strategies, goals and objectives.

Job Description:
? Responsible for responsiveness, flexibility and reliability of supply base/suppliers
? Support Festo CS GCN through fast resolution of non-conformance, including short-term containment, root cause identification/analysis and sustainable long-term control actions.
? Lead evaluation, qualification and approval of new suppliers and parts using Advance Quality Planning process to deliver quality parts and products within committed lead time.
? Lead supplier development projects and improve supplier performance using LEAN and SIX SIGMA tools.
? Act as subject matter expert on assigned commodity, and Processes, Monitoring, Target Agreement.
? Analyse the procurement needs/spend for the GCN region to develop effective supplier strategy to support business needs and growth.
? Work together with strategic sourcing team to analyse and select the most desired output (MDO) supplier(s) to meet the Festo quality, budget and requirements
? Work with strategic sourcing team to drive Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Just-in-time (JIT) and lead time reduction programs etc. with appointed vendors to achieve optimum inventory and service level to customer.
? Support Purchasing Team in annual supplier rating assessment and manage strategic suppliers that fall short of Festo quality benchmark.
? Conduct site assessment for effective quality system with potential suppliers.
? Lead and manage Incoming quality inspection team and process

? Support the cluster supply chain leader on the analysis of supply chain related activities
