Responsibilities:

Maintain the quality & EHS management system according to ISO9001 & 14001 in whole company
根据ISO9001/14001要求，维护质量EHS管理体系
Manage and control the external quality, internal quality and supplier quality management and follow actions in progress and efficient to achieve annual company target.
管理控制外内部产品及供应商质量
Manage and control internal EHS management and follow actions in progress and efficient to achieve annual company target.
管理控制内部EHS流程及整改措施
In charge of daily quality management: raw material receiving inspection, final inspection;
日常质量管理，原材料进料检验成品检验
Dealing with quality data and quality control activities and solving the quality issues to ensure that product comply with customer requirements;
处理质量数据及控制作业，解决质量问题，满足客户要求
Build, revise and improve for inspection standard for each process such as new raw material, semi products and finished goods, and continuous improvement activity of product quality;
建立更新改善检验流程标准，新的原材料，半成品，成品，持续对产品质量的改善
Handling external quality issue and investigate the root cause and follow thorough all actions;
处理外部质量问题，调查原因及整改计划
Follow up supplier quality management such as incoming inspection, monthly quality & EHS performance monitoring and improvement;
跟踪供应商质量管理，进料检验；月底质量、EHS绩效及整改措施
First-aid, near-miss, medical case management
一线安全事故管理
Maintain the system for measuring equipment and jigs;
维护测量计量设备维护
Implement yearly internal system QA& EHS audit
实施年度内部系统质量/EHS体系审核
Define yearly process audit and product audit plan
年度审计流程和产品审核计划
Implement process audit and product audit and follow up actions effective.
实施流程产品审核和后续有效整改
Conduct monthly hazard audit through whole factory
针对工厂月度危险品审核
Continue improvement for product quality.
持续改善产品质量
Improve supplier quality management and follow actions effective.
改善供应商质量管理及有效的整改行动
Follow up monthly external PPM, internal PPM and supplier PPM
跟踪月度内外部供应商的PPM
Train employees for PDCA, quality tools &EHS培训员工PDCA质量工具和EHS培训

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or technical or engineering related major;
本科学历，机械、工程等技术类专业
More than 3 years’ work experience in quality and/or EHS engineering
3年以上质量工作经历有EHS工作经验
Quality systems experiences at ISO9001 and ISO14001 and have skills of internal auditor, the 3nd party auditor is preferred;
熟悉ISO 的质量体系，有能力进行内部审核，有第三方内审证书者优先
Be familiar with PDCA, VDA and APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
熟悉PDCA, VDA and APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA
Experience with project management, problem solving etc.
有项目管理问题解决的经验
Good communication & coach skill
